June Holidays are Here!

Dear boys and girls,
After working so hard for 2 terms, here is a well-deserved break.
Do be mindful to spend your time wisely and meaningfully.
That was why we did a simple Holiday Plan activity in class.

Here are some pointers to remember when planning for your holiday:
1) Plan blocks of 45 minutes of studying time with 15 minutes of break thereafter.

2) Be specific about what you plan to revise.
For example:
Do Challenging (1) worksheet.
Revise Fractions by going through worksheets on word problems involving fractions.
Do questions on Fractions in SA1 Paper 2
Complete Book Review etc...

3) Plan time to play, read, exercise and rest.

4) Do not spend too much time on computer games.
Advisable to follow the  '45 min play + 15 min eye break' format.

5) Be realistic in the plan. Review and amend the plan if needed.

a) Little India LJ

c) Movie Review

2) Read a book from the Dairy of a Wimpy Kid series and complete a book review.

3) Online assignment: www.lead.com.sg
10 activities on Vocabulary.

Mathematics:
1) Test 3
2) Challenging (1) worksheet
3) Challenging (2) worksheet
4) Math Test in Term 3 Week 1 (Terms 1 and 2 topics)

On top of the assigned homework, please revise all the work done in Terms 1 and 2.
Clarify all learning doubts and be ready to learn new topics in Term 3.
Have a fruitful and restful holidays and see you when school reopens.
