Bird Park Learning Journey 2 July 2014

We had a good Science lesson on Adaptation at the Bird Park Discovery Centre. It was fun to learn new things outside the usual classroom. The class was attentive and responsive. After the lesson, we managed to catch 2 bird shows, watched the penguin feeding session and view many other bird enclosures.

Sports Day 2014

We had a great day at the Woodlands Stadium for EDP Sports Day 2014.
Despite the lightning warning which caused the Sports Day events to be postponed, the class did have a great time of bonding and fun.
Congratulations to Yu Lin on her win in 100 m Girls event!
Good effort to all who participated and trained for the races.
The events which were uncompleted will be held much later. Details will be given at a later date.
Some teachers observed and commented that 6C pupils have shown unity and cooperation as a class.
You have displayed sportsmanship and wonderful class spirit. Excellent job, 6 Champs!

Little Red Dot Activity: Shop for my School

Pupils worked in groups to brainstorm for ideas to improve the school.
We will be presenting the group ideas to the class after CA1.
Further discussion will help to decide on ONE final class project to submit to Little Red Dot.
We are all very excited about this project and we certainly hope that our ideas will win our school the prize money!
